Warranty Claim
The business will provide the consumer with the manufacturer's warranty.
The business hereby extends a six-month warranty to all online purchases. The company also offers
the consumer the warranties that the manufacturer gave on those products. All warranties are only
valid for manufacturing flaws.
Branded products will be returned to the parent firm for repair or replacement.
The following are the conditions under which the company reserves the right to provide services in
the event of manufacturing flaws limited to exclusively branded products:
This includes immunity extended in support of the manufacturer's warranty against flaws in the
hinges and welding points, which is only valid for a period of three months from the indicated
purchase date for frames and sunglasses.
For ophthalmic lenses, this includes a guarantee against non-conformity with your provided
prescription if you report and provide proof of the issue within 1 (one) month of the invoice date.
This warranty only applies to the lenses' conformance to the prescription you used to have them
created, not the prescription itself.
Note: This does not apply to claims for flaws or damage brought on by mishaps or normal wear and
tear.
The following conditions are not covered under warranty:
Misuse-related scratches, tarnishing, and accidental damages sitting on the glasses or frames
breaking or cracking of the lenses or bending or twisting of the frames or sunglasses natural
discoloration of sunglasses' lenses, frames, or both.
In the case of non-branded products, the company reserves the right to offer warranty to products
that do not meet the following criteria:
natural discolouring of lenses/frames / sunglasses twisting or bending of the frames/sunglass’s
scratches or tarnishing damage/loss of screws, stones or crystals.
