RETURN AND REFUND
• Sunglasses/Frame - The product must be returned within 7 days of receiving the package but no
later than 14 days following the date of receipt by the customer. We will examine the item after it is
delivered back to us before crediting your account.
• Only products in unused, brand-new condition with the original seal box, instruction sheet,
warranty, and other accessories, if applicable, are eligible for a refund. The item shouldn't have been
used, and it shouldn't be dirty, scratched, worn out, bent, or twisted in any way. The original
packaging, invoice, price tag, and any other identification tags must all be present, undamaged, and
in full.
• The consumer is urged to get in touch with customer service as soon as possible but no later than
three days after receiving the erroneous product.
• Due to any technical or typographical errors or information obtained from the supplier's prices, the
pricing shown on the product may differ from that presented on the website. In these
circumstances, the business will issue 100% reimbursements.
• If the seal is broken, the consumer must refuse the package.
Returns for contact lenses will not be accepted Despite the box's seal being damaged, the goods are
still inside. Branded Sunglasses and frames are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
After the merchandise is delivered, you have 7 days to return or exchange on Vision Rabbit frames
and sunglasses only.
All refunds are subject to refund of the entire invoice products and not in parts.
EXCHANGE POLICIES - If you are unhappy with the product, you have seven days from the time you
receive it to swap it for a different one of equal value. The face value of the credit will be the same
as the previous purchase's total. If the amount of the product being exchanged is less than the face
value, the leftover money will be lost. During the exchange, the amount over the face value must be
paid. - If the box or its seal is broken, exchanging contact lenses is not feasible.
